Vera spent nearly five years working behind the scenes, supporting operations inside a growing trucking and transportation company. During that time, she saw firsthand how growth changes the way a business operates.

As teams expanded and responsibilities increased, she became fascinated by a single, critical question: Why do some businesses become increasingly dependent on the person who built them?

She observed how processes evolve organically, how responsibilities shift, how information becomes fragmented across inboxes and memory, and how much operational knowledge becomes concentrated in a handful of key people.

That experience led her to intentionally design the system behind how a company operates — helping founders transition from the daily "Operator" into the true "Architect" of their legacy.
